CONTRACTUAL CONSULTING

Employment Advantages:
  • IAC seeks long-term consulting opportunities for its employees in order to optimize the relocation efforts of the IS professional. Likewise, IAC establishes a healthy and long-term relationships with its clients in order to provide continuous opportunities for the consultants

  • IAC is a relatively smaller IS staffing agency. This is where IAC draws its competitive advantage. IAC can effectively guide and personally oversee the relocation of the consultant. The company ensures that the consultant will not be lost in the complications of a different culture, and promotes a safe and comfortable transition to this new environment. Some of the specific services of IAC are as follows:

  • Establishes a long-term consulting contract with a client prior to relocation in order to ensure that the consultants will be immediately gainfully employed.

  • Manages and assumes the cost of relocation which include the H1-B visa application, transportation to the assignment location (plane fare for the consultant), two months of a furnished rental housing, and two months of car allowance or use of a company owned vehicle. The consultant will be met at the airport and shuttle to his apartment or temporary hotel accommodations will be provided. A safe commuting plan to and from work to his/her apartment will be established for the consultant.

  • IAC will accompany and assist the consultant in obtaining a Social Security ID number.

  • The consultant will be coached on how to obtain a driver's license and will be accompanied to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

  • The consultant will be coached and guided on how to establish credit in order to finance future major purchases. On an interim basis, IAC may provide support for the consultant, whenever practicable, to obtain credit.

  • IAC will assist the consultant in getting familiar with his neighborhood so that he may quickly embrace the benefits and way of life of his new environment. The consultant will be introduced to similar professionals in the area to assist him in establishing social contacts. Three (3) recreational trips will be arranged at IAC's expense during the first six months of work.

  • IAC will maintain regular contact with the client to provide feedback to the consultant in order to maximize his professional contribution.

  • The company provides a group insurance coverage plan for medical and dental expenses and, in the near future, will be providing an employee pension plan.

  • After a year of satisfactory consulting work, IAC will apply - upon the consultants request, - for a permanent resident status with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (green card ).

PLACEMENT FOR REGULAR EMPLOYMENT

Employment Advantages:

  • IAC seeks major client companies who desire to hire IS professionals directly for regular, full-time employment. IAC assists the corporate clients in navigating the relocation process starting from the H1-B visa application to relocation, in order to expedite the IS professional's work commencement date.

  • Depending on the arrangement with the client company, all INS application and processing fees, as well as relocation expenses, will be assumed either by the client company or IAC. The IS professional will not pay for the application and relocation costs.

  • IAC is a relatively smaller placement agency. Again, this is where IAC draws its competitive advantage. IAC can effectively guide and personally oversee the relocation of the IS professional. The company will ensure that the IS professional will be introduced to his new environment as quickly and comfortably as possible. Some of the specific services of IAC are as follows:

  • The IS professional will be met at the airport and shuttle to his apartment or temporary hotel accommodations will be provided. Prior to his arrival, IAC will find suitable housing for the employee. ( An initial cost of living allowance may be negotiated with the employer to pay for the employee's housing expenses).

  • A safe commuting plan from his apartment to the work site will be established for the employee.

  • IAC will accompany and assist the consultant in obtaining a Social Security ID number.

  • The consultant will be coached on how to obtain a driver's license and will be accompanied to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

  • The consultant will be coached and guided on how to establish credit in order to finance future major purchases. On an interim basis, IAC may provide support for the consultant, whenever practicable, to obtain credit.

  • IAC will assist the consultant in getting familiar with his neighborhood so that he may quickly embrace the benefits and way of life of his new environment. The employee will be introduced to other similar professionals in the area to assist him in establishing social contacts. Three (3) recreational trips will be provided at IAC's expense for the employee during the first six months of work.

  • A salary advance will be provided, upon request, to assist the consultant in initial living expenses.

  • IAC will maintain regular contact with the client to provide feedback to the consultant in order to maximize his professional contribution.
